Kids NoGiSuper Power Unlocked

The primary difference between our Kids Gi and Kids NoGi Jiu Jitsu classes is the uniform worn during training. In our Kids Gi class, children learn techniques that utilize the traditional Jiu Jitsu uniform to control and submit opponents. In our Kids NoGi class, children learn techniques that rely more on body positioning and natural grips for control, as they do not wear the gi.

Our Group Cycling sessions start from beginner to intermediate levels of cycling, and we coordinate the cycling programme with a high intensity music-based workout.
